School governors, trustees and local academy committee (local governing body) members – we want to know about your experience of school governance, your views on topical education policy and the way your governing board works.
Your answers to the survey—now in its twelfth year—will help us to campaign on the issues that matter to your board, amplify your voices on current and future education policy and improve the support we – and others—offer to governing boards.
Whatever your role on the governing board, however long you’ve been involved in governance, we value the views and experience of all governors, trustees and local academy committee members in England. You do not need to be an NGA member to take part. Please share it with your wider networks.
Depending on the answers you give, the survey will take around 20 minutes to complete. Answers can be submitted now until 5pm on Monday 30 May. Begin the survey now – you can save and return to your answers whenever you like before submitting them.
Although this survey is for school governance volunteers, we appreciate the support of governance professionals and executive leaders in sharing it with their board.
