Clerks' Advisory Group Meeting

This meeting will take place from 12:30 – 15:00, with lunch available from 12:00.
As well as receiving updates and information from NGA relating to the processes and procedures of governance, the meetings provide an opportunity for clerks to network, share good practice and discuss the issues that impact upon clerking as a profession. Previous meetings have covered a wide range of issues such as pay and remuneration, working arrangements, the challenge and support that clerks give to their boards, compliance activities, preparing for meetings and hearings. The meetings also help to inform the direction of NGA’s Clerking Matters campaign to raise the profile and status of the clerking profession.
Suggestions for discussion topics are welcome.
