Bookings are now open for the next MAT Governance Network
Join us at the latest NGA MAT Governance Network, on Thursday 1 July, 4.00 – 6.00pm as we share our latest research on executive leadership teams within multi-academy trusts, exploring how trust boards can best design and approve effective central leadership structures. We are absolutely delighted to announce that we will be joined on the day by Andrew Warren, Regional Schools Commissioner for the West Midlands and Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching.
Our discussions will then turn to MAT growth and mergers, an increasingly prominent topic for the sector and one that many trust boards will be thinking about. As we anticipate an increased emphasis on MAT mergers going forwards, we invite you to join the debate and seek the answers to questions you have on this topic, as we explore essential considerations including cultural compatibility and governance.
We will also be joined by e-teach who will be outlining how to best support recruitment following the pandemic.
NGA’s MAT governance network has now been running for six years, and during that time it has contributed hugely to the development of NGA’s sector leading expertise on MAT governance. The network brings together MATs of all shapes and sizes to share experiences, best practice and provide space to both innovate and inspire. This unique platform allows MAT trustees, CEO’s and governance professionals to explore, seek and share answers to the biggest governance challenges impacting MATs today, and has provided hundreds of MAT trustee boards the space to think, consolidate and learn new and proven approaches to effective MAT governance. Make sure you join us!
