Continuing problems with logging in


We're aware that some members are still having problems logging in following the switchover to the new database. We're working closely with the developers to solve this, but unfortunately any members who still cannot log in to the members' area will be unable to do so until Friday at the earliest. We realise that this is very inconvient for these members and we're extremely sorry that this is still causing problems. 

If you are unable to log in and need something specific from the members' area, please do call the office on 0121 237 3780 and we can email it to you. Thank you again for your patience as we try to resolve this issue.
