Unit 2 Recruiting a senior executive leader: conducting the recruitment exercise
This unit focusses on the process from advert to successful appointment. How to best attract the right candidates? How to select the best candidates for interview? What should the selection day and interview stage include? How to ensure an ethical and transparent process? The unit answers all of these questions in a practical and helpful way and includes downloadable template documents and further guidance.
