This means the board dynamics and your relationships with fellow board members will all play a part.
This session will look at how you can build up these relationships and ensure your board is as effective as can be.
The purpose of the session
Effective governance depends on the establishment of good professional relationships. When ensuring decisions are being made in the interests of all pupils; trust and communication are key. At the end of this session, participants will be aware of the expectations upon them, and have the confidence to ensure that their governance framework is designed to support the development of good relationships.
