The purpose of the session
For many governors and trustees, undertaking a formal monitoring visit to your school can be a daunting prospect, especially if you are uncertain about the purpose of your visit and your role.
At the end of this session will be knowledgeable about what makes for successful governor / trustee visits and should be confident in carrying them out.
