Francey Smith

Francey is responsible for NGA’s strategic marketing, including brand management, digital, acquisition, and retention campaigns, and partnerships to extend the profile and reach of NGA. Francey has also managed communications at NGA, including events, publications production, and the membership magazine.

Before joining NGA, Francey worked in both further and higher education institutions leading organisational rebrands, digital strategy transformation projects, events programmes, and content and publications management.
