This is a truly bespoke service. Our clients typically purchase a number of days or hours of a consultant’s time for a specific period, usually over a term or year.

We can scope the consultant’s support you require, or if you prefer, leave it to you to utilise them as you wish.

Our consultant will work alongside your staff, governors, trustees and governance professional. They will get to know your organisation in detail and provide tailored support and guidance.

No project is too small or too large. We will set an upper limit on spend to give you peace of mind and the consultant will alert you if this is close to being reached.
