Anthea Kenna

Anthea was elected to the NGA board by members in the East of England in November 2020.
She holds a number of governing posts including chair of Bewick Bridge Community Primary School and chair of governors at Kettlefields Primary School. She is also a Cambridgeshire Leader of Governance.
Anthea had a career in headship spanning 25 years during which she was appointed associate adviser to Cambridgeshire’s LA, was a member of the Local Authority Creativity Steering Group and chaired the learning network HuntSNet. She also served as a member of Cambridgeshire SACRE and The Cathedral Council in Ely.
Since retirement she has continued to work as an education consultant and is a trustee of The Hockerill Education Trust, The Keswick Hall Trust and The RE Council Education Committee.
