The session will be led by Erika Eliasson-Norris, founder and CEO of Beyond Governance, author of 'The Secret Diary of a Company Secretary', and Governance Assessor to the UK’s largest public inquiry—the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry. In a session entitled: 'From supporting governance to leading governance' Erika will explore the development of the skills governance professionals need to move into the strategic space and truly shape the conditions for good decision-making.
There will be the usual varied agenda covering issues relevant to governance professionals through presentations, panel discussions and the opportunity for you to put forward your comments and questions.
This network is open to clerks and other governance professionals working in schools and trusts and we look forward to welcoming you.
