Charlotte supports regional and local organisations to strengthen school and trust governance. She started her governance journey as a parent governor and now holds positions on three governing boards including being a chair of governors in a maintained school.
Before joining NGA, Charlotte spent 16 years working in education primarily as a teacher in secondary schools. She believes that good governance can make a big difference in the lives of children and young people.
