Fema leads the Hub team, overseeing the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused support service to NGA members and Learning Link subscribers, as well as leading the renewals process.

Fema brings a diverse professional background with experience across Banking, Telecommunications, and Tech startups. With a BSc in Human Biology and a Level 4 qualification in Digital Leadership and Management, Fema combines technical knowledge with strong leadership skills to provide effective customer service in her role. Her multifaceted experience across industries adds a unique perspective and depth to her work at NGA.
