Challenges in recruiting governors and trustees are at their highest reported level since NGA’s annual survey began in 2011. Over three quarters (77%) of respondents said it was difficult to recruit new governors and trustees to their governing board in 2023, up from 63% in 2022. With this in mind, view the recording of this webinar to explore how to:

  • run a successful recruitment process
  • create a diverse board
  • induct and retain volunteers
