- Ask the right questions and use data effectively to hold leaders to account on EDI
- Recognise common gaps, risks and misconceptions and the risk of unconscious bias in current governance practice
- Explore practical strategies to embed EDI into policies, decision-making and oversight
- Develop confidence to challenge, support and lead on EDI priorities at board level
