Lisa supports schools and trusts through development programmes, bespoke training and external reviews working with a range of governing boards and governance professionals across a variety of settings, including within the maintained and academy sector as well as across primary and secondary schools.
She has chaired governing boards for the last ten years in a range of school settings and phases. During this time Lisa has developed a strong understanding of the challenges facing schools within a range of contextual settings engaging her in both national and local agendas. Her consultancy work focuses on areas of board development including the support and development of chairs and supporting new governance professionals.
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience within a global leadership role with the key responsibilities being global sales revenue, data analysis, training and staffing.
