NGA Consultant
Lynne has worked in education for over 30 years, with experience in both governance and as a school business professional. She has served across varied settings (2–19 years), in maintained, academy, independent schools, and multi academy trusts, following a successful career in banking. She is currently a governance professional in the maintained sector and a MAT trustee.
As an NGA consultant, Lynne undertakes governance reviews, provides training for trustees and governing bodies, and mentors governance professionals. She draws on her leadership and management experience in her work as a consultant, adviser, and trainer, helping trustees and governing bodies to strengthen governance.
A former National Leader of Governance, Lynne is also a Lead Schools Resource Management Adviser (SRMA) and panel assessor accredited by the DfE, a Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leaders, and a member of the Institute of Administrative Management.
