We will support your board to link accountability to strategy, providing a continuous, structured performance management cycle which supports, develops and motivates your executive to deliver on your organisation's vision.
This involves:
- Shifting from an annual executive appraisal to a continuous development approach
- Bringing executive performance management in line with your strategic cycle
- Focusing on executive leader growth, development and support
- Providing an optional integrated 360-degree review

Our process and framework
During the first year, we'll work with your board to develop the right model to grow and support your executive leader, producing a bespoke action plan.
We help boards to develop their practices in performance management using our Executive LEAD Framework.
Our framework covers four crucial aspects of executive leadership:
- Leadership
- Effectiveness
- Accountability
- Development
We'll coach you through the annual performance management cycle to implement the Executive LEAD Framework, reviewing your organisation's culture, HR policies and practices.
Once the framework is in place, our consultants' support can be reduced to facilitating the start-of-year meeting with your executive leader.
