How do I get a Chair's Handbook?
Members can purchase a copy of The Chair’s Handbook with a 50% discount on the Publication's page on the Knowledge Centre.

New Chairs with Gold membership are automatically sent a copy of the Chair’s Handbook to the address listed on their account the first time they are added to our system as a Chair. Please ensure the details are correctly listed using Manage Membership or your Profile.

If your Chair has not received a copy, please ensure they are listed on the membership as a Chair, they have a full address on their profile and the membership is current. If all of this is correct, please contact us.
