How do I get a publication?
You can purchase a publication from our website.
Members can purchase a copy of The Chair’s Handbook and our other publications with a 50% discount on the Publication's page in the Knowledge Centre. Please ensure you are signed in, if you are struggling to do this, please see the guidance for logging in.
If you have Gold or MAT membership and have not had membership before, you will see the question for First Time Governors on your communications preferences. If it is your first governance role, you are entitled to a complimentary publication. Once you have answered this question, it will disappear.

If your new members have not received a copy, please ensure they are listed on the membership, that they have logged in and answered the 'new to governance' question, they have a full address on their profile and the membership is current.
