School food is an increasingly prominent topic of discussion across society. Millions of children enjoy a free lunch every day, and many schools and trusts have prioritised embedding a good food culture in their organisations. But many children continue to miss out.
NGA has been working with educational leaders, school food campaigners and caterers to get a better understanding of what needs to change. As part of this we interviewed Dr Nick Capstick, chair of the School Food Review Working Group (SFRWG).
