Learning Link platform upgrade: what to expect
We’re upgrading the Learning Link platform in spring 2026. This page explains what’s changing, what you may need to do, and what to expect over the coming months. We’ll keep it updated as we share further information through our Bulletins and member communications.
What’s changing – shaped by user feedback
We’ve prioritised improvements that users have consistently told us matter most when using Learning Link. The upgraded platform will make your experience:
- Easier to access and navigate
- Quicker to find the learning you need
- Clearer in showing your progress and completed learning
- More consistent, with improved layouts and embedded modules
What you need to do
Keep an eye on comms channels for the cut off date for completing your e-learning. At the end of March we will transition to the new platform, and Learning Link will be offline for two days during that time. However, if you need copies of certificates from completed modules, please download them ahead of the upgrade, as some historic completion data may not transfer automatically.

We’ll continue to share updates over the coming months. A short guide will appear in next month’s Bulletin, with step-by-step instructions shared before any changes take place.
