In his NGA consultant role Jonathan undertakes a range of consultancy work including external reviews of governance and training for those governing in academy trusts and schools. His career in education started in 1994 and led to primary headship in a maintained school, and latterly roles in a MAT with responsibilities for school and leadership development.
