How to log in
Logging in is simple. Use your credentials to access your account and start exploring everything your NGA membership has to offer. As this is your first time accessing your account you will need to reset your password. Find out more about how to log in.
Update your communication preferences and profile
As a new member, we want to make sure you receive the communications that matter most to you. On the communications preferences page, simply select the checkboxes for the types of communications you'd like to receive from us.Â
If you have a Gold or MAT membership and are new to governance, you’ll be asked if you are a First Time Governor. As a first-time governor, you’re entitled to a complimentary publication, and once you’ve answered this question, it will disappear from your profile. Find out more about updating your communication preference.
Additionally, you can update your profile anytime to ensure your contact details are up to date, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Managing your membership as an administrator
If you are an administrator, you can easily manage your organisation's members through your dashboard. Simply select manage your account and then manage members to add, edit, or remove members. You can update member details like name, address, and role, and grant administrator access. Once changes are saved, new members will receive a welcome email.
