Speaking through a video address at the National Governance Association's annual conference today (27 November) the Secretary of State for Education The Rt Hon Nadhim Zahawi MP covered a range of education and governance topics including:
- COVID-19 recovery
- World class schools and teaching
- Data and evidence
- Collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Visible Governance
- Governing board diversity and volunteer recruitment
The Secretary of State also answered questions from NGA members on:
- SEND and in particular the health and care elements of ECHPs
- Education recovery funding
- Staff and pupil wellbeing
