Dan oversees our employee lifecycle and ensures that NGA provides a culture where employees can thrive and where everyone can bring their authentic selves to the workplace.
Prior to working at NGA, Dan had over seven years of HR experience and has worked in the health, manufacturing, legal and infrastructure fields. He has specialised in employment law, wellbeing, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
Dan is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
