Module description

Does your school or trust have a suitable vision? Is it a vision that will allow your board and school leaders to set and implement a strategy to drive forward, working together for the benefit of all of your pupils and the school community?

Using case studies and model approaches, this module will help you and your board answer these questions and, if necessary, develop a new vision suitable to create the right strategic direction for your school or trust.
