Please complete the order form to place an order. Please prepare the PO number if you would like it on the invoice. We will process your order after the payment.

Order Information
We will send an invoice or card payment instructions to the contact person, and set up the tool after the payment. The Chair, Governance Professional or administrator will then receive the log in details and guidance. If you would like to use the tool sooner, please pay by debit/credit card.
Self-evaluation for LGBs
The additional fee for each LGB is £174.07 for members and £185.9 for non-members. The administrator will be the same as the trust-level self-evaluation.

Chair's Details
The Chair will self-manage the review by uploading the governor's details onto the system. Please ensure the Chair has access to their mailbox and that the Chair’s name and email address are correct. The name will appear on the invitation email to governors, and the email address is used for sending login details.

Governance Professional's Details
The Governance Professional will self-manage the review by uploading the governor's details onto the system. Please ensure the Governance Professional has access to their mailbox and that the Governance Professional’s name and email address are correct. Administrator's Details for the School/Trust board
The administrator will manage the evaluation by uploading the governor's details onto the system. Please ensure the administrator has access to their mailbox and that the administrator's email address is correct. The email address is used for sending login details.
