Here’s how you can get started and access all the incredible benefits that come with your membership:
Log In to Your Account
Logging in is simple.
- Use your credentials to log in to access your account and start exploring your NGA benefits.
- First time logging in? You’ll need to reset your password before you can access your account.
Manage Your Account
We want to make sure you get the information that matters most to you and that your details are always up to date.
- Select Manage Your Account > Your Communication Preferences
- Choose the types of updates and communications you’d like to receive from NGA.
- If you have Gold or MAT membership and are new to governance, you’ll be asked whether you’re a First Time Governor.
Answering “yes” entitles you to a complimentary publication, and once completed, this question will disappear from your profile. - Select Manage Your Account > Your Profile
Keep your details current at any time, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Additionally, you can ensure your contact details are up to date, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Manage Your Membership (Administrators Only)
If you’re an account administrator, you can easily manage your organisation’s members through your dashboard.
- Select Manage Your Account > Manage Members
- Add, edit, or remove members.
- Update details such as name, address, and role.
- Grant administrator access

Celebrate your achievements with certificates
Every time you complete a module, you will receive a Certificate of Completion to mark your progress and achievement. You can download it directly from the congratulations page or the Awards tab on your dashboard.
As an administrator, you also have the ability to download certificates for any governor or trustee, ensuring all accomplishments are documented and accessible.
