The demands on our schools are increasing. We want high-quality teaching that delivers progress and attainment targets, evidence of planning for every eventuality, and strategies to address every mark missed. And we also want schools to keep our children safe. But what happens when the risk of harm faced by children increases, while availability and access to key external services decrease?
