What are the benefits?

Getting performance management and appraisal right is not easy. This session explores some of the common challenges and poor practice. It also demonstrates good practices and approaches so that participants are properly equipped to manage the appraisal process successfully for the benefit of the organisation and the senior leader and within regulatory and policy requirements.  

By the end of the session, participants will understand how to set and measure performance against suitable objectives and how to have courageous conversations where performance is weak.
