Who needs to be involved from the school or trust and what external support is needed? What will the cost be? What needs to go into the application pack? Unit 2 - Recruiting a senior executive leader: conducting the recruitment exercise

This unit focuses on the process from advert to successful appointment. How to best attract the right candidates? How to select the best candidates for interview? What should the selection day and interview stage include? How to ensure an ethical and transparent process?
