If you are part of a group membership and have multiple organisations within your membership, you will need to be the Account Manager, Clerk, Chair, Vice Chair or Co Chair in order to manage the account.
If you are already listed as one of these roles, you will be able to see the organisations in the drop down menu on manage membership.

If you are the Group Account Manager, you will not be able to see the full membership for the individual schools but will be able to see an overview of your schools and the main membership.
