Drawing on common query topics from NGA’s GOLDline advice service, Rani and Sam will share practical tips for overcoming some of the difficulties commonly encountered. The webinar will highlight important considerations at each stage of the process and how these might apply in practice.

Rani oversees NGA’s Advice team and GOLDline service. She leads on the SEND and premises management policy areas and manages NGA’s work on equality, diversity and inclusion. She is co-chair of an infant and nursery school in Solihull.
