Governing boards must ensure that required policies are in place, have been approved and are working well. Our template policy review schedules are designed to help boards meet this responsibility while making the process more manageable.

The schedules include all statutory and required policies for both maintained schools and academy trusts as well as relevant NGA and DfE guidance for further reading.
